These are pre made RTS (ready to ship) handmade ink joy gel glitter pens. They are black ink and 0.7 mm. Each pen comes with one black ink refill.

** Please note- Due to the nature of these being handmade, slight imperfections may occur. I do my best to not have imperfections but they can occur.
